Du verantwortest die komplette Dokumentation unsere Verträge und Unterlagen
Du kontrollierst unsere Verträge, Nachträge und Anhänge auf deren Vollständigkeit
Du verbesserst unsere Prozesse in alles administrativen Bereichen (u.a. Aktualisierung vorhandener Checklisten)
Du hast ständig den Überblick, wenn es um die Ablage von Dokumenten in physischen und digitalen Aufbewahrungssystemen geht
Du behältst den Dokumentationsflusses innerhalb der Abteilung und zu Externen im Blick und Virtual Data Rooms sind für dich keine Fremdwörter

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du bringst wahlweise ein kaufmännische-, rechtsanswaltsfachangestellten- oder notarfachangestellten- Ausbildung mit oder Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich
Du hast deine Detailgenauigkeit schon vielfach in früheren Rollen unter Beweis stellen können
Du bist erfahren im Bereich der Sachbearbeitung und ein Profi im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Dokumenten
Idealerweise verfügst Du über Kenntnisse des Miet- und Pachtrechts bzw. den entsprechenden Verträgen
Du hast gute Kenntnisse mit den gängigen MS-Office Systemen

How you drive the energy transition forward

You are responsible for the documentation of our contracts and documents
You check our contracts, supplements and annexes for completeness
You improve our processes in all administrative areas (including updating existing checklists)
You always have an overview when it comes to filing documents in physical and digital storage systems
You keep an eye on the flow of documentation within the department and to external parties and are no stranger to virtual data rooms

What you already bring with you

You have either completed a commercial, legal or notarial apprenticeship or you have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
You have already demonstrated your attention to detail many times in previous roles
You are experienced in processing and a professional in handling a wide variety of documents
Ideally, you have knowledge of tenancy and leasehold law or the relevant contracts
You have good knowledge of the common MS Office systems
