Wie Du die Energiewende vorantreibst

Du arbeitest eng mit dem Projektleitungsteam zusammen und gewährleistest so die genaue und termingerechte Belieferung unserer Projekte aus unserem Lager
Du befindest Dich in ständigem Austausch mit unseren Logistik- und Speditionspartnern
Du bist verantwortlich für die fehlerfreie Verbuchung und Dokumentation von Aufträgen und Lieferscheinen
Als Schnittstelle zu unserer Buchhaltung gleichst du Vorgänge und Buchungen ab und gewährleistest so einen reibungslosen Ablauf
Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Logistik und ERP Prozesse

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen mit den Schwerpunkten Logistik, Spedition oder Lager
Du bist ein Profi in der Erfassung von Daten und deren sorgfältiger Pflege
Du bringst gute IT-Kenntnisse mit (MS Office, ERP)
Neben einem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis sind für dich auch buchhalterische Themen kein Problem
Du bist kommunikationssicher in der deutschen und in der englischen Sprache und freust Dich auch mit internationalen KollegInnen und DienstleisterInnen ins Gespräch zu gehen

For us, supply chain management is a central part for the sustainable success of our company.

How you drive the energy transition forward

You will work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our projects from our warehouse
You are in constant communication with our logistics and forwarding partners
You are responsible for the error-free booking and documentation of orders and delivery notes
As an interface to our accounting department, you will reconcile transactions and bookings to ensure smooth processes
You support the continuous development of our logistics and ERP processes

What you already bring with you

You already have several years of experience in similar positions with a focus on logistics, forwarding or warehousing
You are a professional in the collection of data and its careful maintenance
You have good IT skills (MS Office, ERP)
In addition to a strong technical understanding, accounting topics are also no problem for you
You are confident in communicating in German and English and are also happy to talk to international colleagues and service providers
