Wie Du die Energiewende vorantreibst

Du schreibst und konzipierst überzeugende und ansprechende Inhalte auf Deutsch und Englisch für verschiedene Formate wie E-Mail-Marketing, soziale Medien, Website, Online-Anzeigen, Videoskripte u.v.m.
Du arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend mit unseren Teams zur Erstellung von inhaltlichen Planungen und Redaktionskalendern
Du verwaltest und betreust externe Agenturen und Freiberufler, sofern dies erforderlich ist
Du erstellst und integrierst Strategien um die Sichtbarkeit und das Engagement zu unseren Inhalten zu verbessern
In der Arbeit mit Videomaterial wirst Du u.a. visuelle Inhalte in Sprache umwandeln
Du verwendest verschiedene AI Tools und nutzt deren Synergien

Das bringst Du bereits mit

Du hast deine Leidenschaft für das Schreiben bereits mit deinem Studium in Journalismus, Marketing oder einem ähnlichen Bereich vertiefen können
Du kennst Dich aus im Content Management und konntest bereits Erfahrung im B2B-Bereich sammeln
Deine sprachlichen Fähigkeiten wendest Du sowohl auf Englisch, als auch auf Deutsch an
Du siehst deine Stärken vor allem in den Bereichen des kreativen Schreibens, SEO und Content Marketing
Du siehst Dich als organisierte und detailorientierte Person, die mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig handlen kann
Du schreckst auch vor fachlichen Texten nicht zurück und hast ein grundlegendes Interesse an der Entwicklung der Energiebranche
Du bist ein Profi in der Differenzierung von Lang- und Kurztexten sowie Top- und Lower-Funnel Schreibstilen

Schnelles Lernen ist für Dich die Normalität und du hast dies bereits bei Tools wie Asana, Hootsuite oder ähnlichem unter Beweis gestellt

You conceive ideas and bring them to life, so that together we can make an important impact.

How you drive the energy transition forward

You will write and conceptualize compelling and engaging content in German and English for various formats including email marketing, social media, website, online ads, video scripts, and more.
You work cross-departmentally with our teams to create content plans and editorial calendars
You manage and mentor external agencies and freelancers as needed
You'll create and integrate strategies to improve visibility and engagement to our content
Working with video footage, you will convert visual content into speech, among other tasks
You will use different AI tools and leverage their synergies

What you already bring with you

You have already deepened your passion for writing with your studies in journalism, marketing or a similar field
You are familiar with content management and have already gained experience in the B2B sector
You are able to use your language skills in English as well as in German
You see your strengths especially in the areas of creative writing, SEO and content marketing
You see yourself as an organized and detail-oriented person who can handle multiple projects at once
You don't shy away from technical writing and have a fundamental interest in the evolution of the energy industry
You're a pro at differentiating long-form and short-form copy, as well as top- and lower-funnel writing styles

And that would be your added bonus

Fast learning is the norm for you and you have already proven this with tools like Asana, Hootsuite or the like
You've even worked in the renewable energy sector before? Let's go!
