Your role at ENVIRIA
You will lead the successful delivery of complex photovoltaic projects. With a strong focus on quality, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction, you will drive project execution from start to finish. As the central point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and customers, you will ensure smooth coordination and reliable delivery from kick-off through completion.
Your responsibilities
- You manage photovoltaic projects for commercial and industrial clients — from initial planning to successful project completion.
- You act as the central point of contact, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- You analyse operational challenges with a particular focus on AC-side implementation.
- You consider project risks as well as regulatory and technical standards requirements during project planning.
- You manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficient delivery.
- You coordinate customer acceptance, manage defects and consistently follow up on outstanding issues.
- You ensure timely project execution, including payment milestones and invoicing.
- You ensure complete technical and commercial project documentation and support certification and compliance processes.
Who we are looking for
Must-have
- You have extensive experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of large-scale PV systems and can take full ownership of ongoing projects after a short onboarding period.
- You hold a degree in engineering or have successfully completed formal technical training in the field of electrical engineering.
- You communicate confidently and professionally in German (C1) and English (at least B2) for internal collaboration.
- You are flexible to travel for project assignments at our construction sites as required and hold a valid Category B driving license.
- You have prior experience with CAD software, ERP systems, or industry-specific planning tools.
- You hold a recognized project management certification (e.g. PMP or IPMA/GPM) or a comparable industry-specific qualification, such as in the area of VDE standards.
